How to View and Update School Details​

Overview:​

This article explains how to view and update your school’s account details in Kadal for Schools. The School Details page gives you an overview of essential account information, including token usage, storage, and subscription status. You will also learn how to edit key details like your school’s account name, contact email, and logo.

Steps:​

  1. Navigate to the School Details page from the admin dashboard to view your school’s overall account status and usage.
  2. Check the current token usage and storage used against the respective limits, allowing you to manage resources effectively.
  3. Review the Subscription Expiry section to see whether your subscription is active or expired.
  4. The Account Details section displays information such as account name, code, display name, and logo.
  5. Click Edit to update:
    • Account Name
    • Display Name
    • Logo (Upload a new logo image)
    • Contact Email
  6. Once edits are complete, click Save to update the details.
