How to Activate or Deactivate a User
Overview:
In this article, you will learn how to activate or deactivate a user’s account in Kadal for Schools. This process helps manage user access to the platform efficiently.
Steps to Activate or Deactivate a User:
- Go to the Users page in your admin dashboard.
- Click the vertical ellipsis icon next to the user’s name.
- To activate the user, select Active from the menu.
- To deactivate the user, select Inactive.
Note: Deactivating a user will prevent them from accessing the platform, while activating re-enables their access.
