How to Activate or Deactivate a User

Overview:

In this article, you will learn how to activate or deactivate a user’s account in Kadal for Schools. This process helps manage user access to the platform efficiently.

Steps to Activate or Deactivate a User:

  1. Go to the Users page in your admin dashboard.
  2. Click the vertical ellipsis icon next to the user’s name.
  3. To activate the user, select Active from the menu.
  4. To deactivate the user, select Inactive.

Note: Deactivating a user will prevent them from accessing the platform, while activating re-enables their access.
