Understanding User Reports as a User

How to Understand User Reports in Kadal

The User Reports feature in Kadal helps users monitor their account activity, offering detailed insights into agent performance, token consumption, and subscription details. This feature is designed to provide a clear and intuitive way to manage resources and track personal usage, ensuring users make the most of their accounts.

Accessing the User Reports Page:

To get started, log in to Kadal and navigate to the User Reports page. This is your central hub for all usage-related insights, making it easy to review activity and understand resource allocation.

Understanding Profile Information:

At the top of the User Reports page, you’ll see your profile information, which includes:

  • Name: Displays your registered account name, helping you verify that you’re in the correct account.
  • Mail ID: Shows the email address linked to your account, useful for communication or support-related queries.
  • Agents Created: This is the total number of agents you’ve built. It gives a snapshot of your productivity within the platform.
  • Tokens Used: Represents the total number of tokens consumed during your current session or over time, helping you manage your resource usage effectively.
  • Subscription End Date: Indicates when your current subscription expires, allowing you to plan for renewals.

Analyzing Data Visualizations:

Below the profile section, the User Reports page provides three pie charts to visualize key data points:

  1. Total Agents: This chart shows the types of AI models used in your agents, with segments representing models like GPT, Gemini, or Anthropic. For example, if 50% of your agents use GPT, the chart will reflect this distribution.
  2. Total Tokens Used: Offers a breakdown of token consumption by model, helping you understand which models are consuming the most resources. This insight can guide you in optimizing agent performance.
  3. Total LLM Cost: Displays the cost associated with each model, making it easier to assess which models are most economical for your needs.

Tip: Hover over any segment in the pie chart to view specific model names and values. The color-coded legend below each chart makes it easy to identify the corresponding data points.

Monitoring Agents and Threads:

The lower part of the User Reports page includes detailed tables for agents and threads.

  1. Agents Table:
    • Agent Name: Helps you identify each agent by name.
    • Status: Indicates whether the agent is active or inactive.
    • Model: Displays the type of AI model the agent uses.
    • Created Date & Time: Shows when the agent was created, allowing you to track recent additions.
    • Tokens Used: Indicates how many tokens each agent has consumed, helping you manage high-resource agents.
    • Cost: Reflects the associated cost for each agent’s model usage.
  2. Threads Table:
    • Thread Name: Lists the names of your active or saved threads.
    • Model: Displays the AI model used in the thread, so you can track model-specific interactions.
    • Created Date & Time: Helps you identify when the thread was initiated, useful for reviewing past interactions.
