Understanding the Repository in Kadal
Overview:
The Repository in Kadal serves as a centralized location where admins can upload, create, and organize content. This content is then shared with users, making it accessible for various purposes. For users, the Repository is particularly useful as a knowledge base for creating agents and downloading important files.
Key Features of the Repository:
- Access to Files and Folders: Users can view all shared files and folders organized by the admin.
- Download Functionality: Files can be downloaded directly.
- Knowledge Base for Agents: These files can be linked while creating agents, providing the agents with context or additional data to enhance their responses.
Explore the Repository:
- Log In to Kadal
- From the dashboard, click on the Repository tab in the navigation bar.
- On the Repository page, you’ll see a structured view of all the files and folders you have access to. The content is organized to make navigation easy.
- To download a file, simply click the Download button or icon next to the file name. The file will be saved to your device for offline use.
- When creating an agent, you can select relevant files from the Repository to use as a knowledge base. This ensures the agent has access to the right data for providing accurate responses.
Note: The Repository’s content is managed by the admin, so users can only access files and folders shared with them.
