Understanding User Reports as a User
How to Understand User Reports in Kadal for Schools
Overview
In this article, you will learn how to access and interpret your User Reports in Kadal for Schools. The User Report page offers a comprehensive overview of your personal activity, helping you track agent usage, token consumption, and overall account performance.
Accessing the User Reports Page:
- Log in to Kadal for Schools and navigate to the User Reports page. This section provides an overview of your usage and can help you track key metrics related to your account activity.
Viewing Profile Information:
At the top of the User Reports page, you will find your Profile Information, which includes:
- Name: Your registered name on the account.
- Mail ID: The email address linked to your Kadal for Schools account.
- Agents Created: The total number of agents you have created, which provides a quick snapshot of your level of activity in the system.
- Tokens Used: This is the total number of tokens you have consumed in your current session. It’s important to keep track of your token usage to manage your resources efficiently.
- Subscription End Date: This shows when your current subscription will expire.
Analyzing Data Visualizations:
Below your profile details, the User Reports page includes two pie charts for easy tracking of your resource usage:
- Total Agents: This pie chart shows the distribution of AI models used by the agents you’ve created. Each segment is color-coded to represent different models (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Anthropic). This helps you quickly assess which models you are using most frequently and which ones are being underutilized.
- Total Tokens Used: This chart breaks down your token consumption by model, showing how many tokens each AI model has used. This can help you understand where your resources are being allocated and whether any model is consuming a disproportionate amount of tokens.
Both charts have a color-coded legend beneath them that helps you identify which segment corresponds to which AI model (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Anthropic). You can hover over the segments to view the specific model names for greater clarity.
Monitoring Created Agents:
Created by User Section:
This section lists all the agents you have created, providing detailed information to help you track their performance. The table includes:
- Agent Name: The name you assigned to each agent. This makes it easy to identify and manage multiple agents, especially if you’ve created many.
- Status: Indicates whether the agent is currently active or inactive. This allows you to see at a glance which agents are in use and which ones need attention.
- Model: Shows the type of AI model each agent is using (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Anthropic), so you can monitor how different models are being applied across your agents.
- Created By: Displays your username as the creator, confirming ownership of the agents.
- Created Date & Time: The exact date and time the agent was created. This is helpful for tracking recent changes and understanding the timeline of your activities.
- Tokens Used: Indicates how many tokens each agent has consumed, giving you a clear picture of which agents are using up more resources. This can help you identify high-resource agents and optimize their usage or configuration.
