Dashboard Page​

The Dashboard is the main page for School Admins, providing a centralized view of school data and user activity. It includes key visual summaries to help you quickly understand usage patterns:

Total Agents Chart​

  • This pie chart shows the types of AI models used by your agents, with each model represented by a different color.
  • It helps you see which types of AI models are most commonly used across your school.

Total Tokens Used Chart​

  • Displays token usage by model, allowing you to manage resources efficiently.
  • The color-coded segments correspond to different models, like GPT, Gemini, and Anthropic.

Legend​

  • Located below the charts, the legend identifies each model by color, so you can easily match segments in the charts to specific models.

Agent Report​

The Agent Report provides detailed information about the agents created within your school. Here’s what it includes:

  • Agent Details: Name, status (active/inactive), and assigned AI model.
  • Additional Information: Creator’s name, creation date and time, and token usage.
  • Purpose: Helps School Admins track agent activity, understand resource usage, and manage agents effectively.

User Report​

The User Report displays detailed information about each user in the school:

  • Details Included:
    • Username
    • User status (active/inactive)
    • Assigned agent’s name and status
    • AI model in use
    • Token usage
  • Purpose: Monitor user activity and track resource consumption by individual users.

School Details Page​

The School Details section provides an overview of your school’s account and usage limits:

  • Token Usage: Displays current token usage and the total token limit.
  • Storage Used: Shows storage usage and the overall storage limit.
  • Subscription Expiry: Indicates if the subscription is active or expired.
  • Account Details: Contains account name, code, display name, and logo.
  • Users: Lists the total number of users and the admin email address.
  • Cloud Server: Shows the cloud provider (e.g., AWS).
  • LLMs (Language Models): Lists supported language models like Anthropic, OpenAI, and PaLM 2.

Users Page​

The Users Page allows you to create and manage users within your school account. Here’s what you can do:

  • View User Data: Includes User Name, Designation, Role, Email, and Status.
  • Perform Actions:
    • Edit: Update user details.
    • Deactivate: Deactivate a user’s account.
    • Download: Export user data or reports.
  • Create New Users:
    • Enter details like first/last name, username, designation, email, and role.
    • Upload profile pictures to personalize accounts.

Governance Page​

The Governance Page allows you to manage content moderation and filtering, ensuring a safe and respectful environment:

  • Moderation Section:
    • Lists sensitive terms flagged or filtered, such as:
      • Race
      • Violence
      • Gender
      • Profanity
      • Sexuality
      • Swear Words
      • Self-Harm

  • Feedback: Access a feedback form to submit suggestions.
  • Help: Opens the Help Center with support documentation and guides.
