How to Navigate Kadal for Schools as a Teacher or Student​

Overview:
Kadal for Schools provides teachers and students with tools to manage and monitor AI agents, resources, and usage data all in one place. Here’s a step-by-step breakdown of the main pages and features you’ll encounter as a user.

Agents​

The Agents page is your primary workspace for managing all AI agents you create within Kadal for Schools. Here’s what you can do:

  • Create New Agents: You can add new agents tailored to specific tasks or subjects. For example, you might create a chatbot to assist students with questions on a particular topic.
  • Search Agents: You can search through your agents using keywords to quickly find the one you need.
  • My Agents: Under the My Agents header, you’ll see a list of all agents available to your school account, displayed in a grid layout. Each agent shows its Icon, Name, and Description. Click on any agent to open it and start interacting.

User Reports​

The User Reports page gives a detailed overview of your personal activity on Kadal for Schools, helping you manage resources and track your account usage. This page includes:

  • Profile Information: At the top, you’ll see your profile details, including:
    • Name: The registered name on the account.
    • Mail ID: Your email address associated with Kadal for Schools.
    • Agents Created: The total number of agents you’ve created, helping you track your agent count.
    • Tokens Used: The number of tokens you’ve consumed out of your allowance.
    • Subscription End Date: The date when your subscription expires.

Data Visualizations for Easy Tracking​

Below your profile information, you’ll find two pie charts that provide visual summaries of your activity:

  • Total Agents: This chart shows the types of models used by your agents, each represented in different colors. It helps you see at a glance which types of AI models are most commonly used across your agents.
  • Total Tokens Used: This chart breaks down your token usage by model, color-coded to match each model type. This information allows you to see how many resources each model is consuming, enabling efficient resource management.

The color-coded legend below the charts identifies each model by color, so you can easily match the segments on the charts to specific models, such as GPT, Gemini, Anthropic, and others.

Created by User Section​

The Created by User section displays a detailed, table-like list of all the agents you’ve created, with comprehensive information for easy monitoring and management. This table includes:

  • Agent Name: The name you’ve assigned to each agent, making it easy to identify specific agents.
  • Status: Whether the agent is currently active or inactive.
  • Model: The type of AI model used for each agent (e.g., GPT, Gemini, Anthropic).
  • Created By: Shows the account that created the agent, in this case, your username.
  • Created Date & Time: The exact date and time each agent was created, helping you keep track of recent additions or changes.
  • Tokens Used: The number of tokens each agent has used, allowing you to see which agents consume the most resources.

User Profile and Help Icon​

At the top-right corner of your screen, you’ll find the User Profile icon and the Help Icon:

  • User Profile: Clicking on the profile icon allows you to view your account details and provides an option to log out of Kadal for Schools.
  • Help Icon: The Help icon next to your profile takes you directly to the Help Center where you can access detailed documentation and support resources to guide you through using Kadal for Schools features.

Kadal for Schools provides an organized interface that helps you effectively manage AI agents and resources. With the Agents page, you have the power to create and manage agents tailored to your needs. The User Reports page provides a comprehensive look at your resource usage and account details. The visual pie charts and the Created by User table make it easy to track model usage, resource allocation, and token consumption for each agent, empowering you to maximize the value of your subscription. Additionally, the User Profile and Help Icon ensure quick access to account management and support whenever needed.
