How to View and Update School Details

This article guides you on how to view and update your institution’s account details in Kadal. The School Details page provides an overview of critical information such as token usage, subscription status, account branding, and user details.

Steps:

  1. Log in as an Admin.
  2. From the Admin Dashboard, locate and click on “School Details” to access your account’s overall status and usage overview.
  3. Review the provided information:
    • Token Usage: Displays the current number of tokens consumed by the institution.
    • Subscription Expiry: This shows the expiration date of your current subscription.
    • Account Details: Includes fields such as account name and account code.
    • Branding Details: Displays the display name and logo associated with your account.
    • Users Section: Provides the total number of users and the admin’s email ID.
    • LLMs Section: Lists all integrated large language models such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and PaLM2.
  4. To update account details:
    • Click the Edit button in the relevant section.
    • Update the following fields as needed:
      • Account Name.
      • Display Name.
      • Contact Email.
      • Logo (Upload a new logo image).
  5. Save changes:
    • Once edits are complete, click Save to update the information.

Note: Ensure the new logo meets the platform’s file size and format requirements before uploading.
