- Access In-App Support
- While using Kadal, locate the Support icon in the top-right corner of the interface.
- Click the (?) help icon to open a menu with links to FAQs, user guides, and articles that provide detailed instructions for common tasks and solutions.
- Email Support
- If your issue requires personalized assistance or isn’t resolved by the in-app resources, send an email to kadalsupport@learningmate.com.
- Include your name, email address, and a detailed description of the issue for faster resolution.
- You may also attach screenshots or files to help the support team understand the problem better.
